Tether is a stablecoin issuer that launches tokens on several blockchains, such as TRON, EOS, Algorand, Solana, and the OMG Network. Tether also features other stablecoins: EURT, which is a Euro-pegged Tether coin, CNHT, a Chinese Yuan-pegged coin, and XAUT, a physical gold-pegged coin. All Tether tokens are pegged 1-to-1 with a matching fiat currency and are backed. 100% by TEther's reserves. The value of their reserves are published daily and updated at least once per day. Tether reserves are 85.64% cash and cash equivalents, as well as other short-term deposits and commercial paper.
